BJM Solutions got its start in 1998 by conducting housing market analysis for the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Our work in housing markets centered on doing in-depth analysis of the Home Mortgage Data Act (HMDA) database of over 15 million home loan application records in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
Our analysis of HMDA provided our client insights into developments in the housing and macro economic environment. Our work was particularly useful in providing an early warning to conditions that led to the housing market crash and the "great recession" of 2008-2010.
BJM can work with all mortgage lenders by helping them better understand their markets, their vulnerabilities, and their opportunities for growth.
Corporate Supplier Diversity (CSD) is now over 40 years old. There have been many changes in how corporations approach CSD. The CSD movement has gone from compliance, to "doing the right thing" to the business case and now economic impact. BJM Solutions helps corporations design a more effective CSD program that is consistent with the strategic objectives of the corporation.
BJM has proprietary tools that measure the economic impact of corporate supplier diversity. We have other tools that measure the effectiveness of corporate supplier diversity programs and initiatives. These tools provide the type of insight the senior most executives within Corporate America are seeking.
